First day of Zul-Hijja 1423 AH

There were no moon sightings in metro Richmond area on the evening of Saturday February 1, 2003. According to the Imams Council of Greater Richmond, Eid-ul-Adha will start from Wednesday February 12, 2003. Eid prayer will at SHOWPLACE at 8:00 AM. More Info at Eid in Richmond

According to Moonsighting.com:

"Moon has been seen on Sunday, Feb 2, 2003 in Pakistan, Iran, Kuwait, Kenya, and all over USA, many places. Therefore, according to actual sighting, 10th Zul-Hijja is on Feb 12 from Pakistan to all the way in North America"

According to Moonsighting "Moon has been seen many places in Florida, New Mexico, and California on Nov 5, Tuesday. ISNA and Shura Council of North America decided that first day of Ramadan is on Nov 6, Wednesday in North America".

According to ICNA "Islamic Shura Council of North America's Hilal committee (which ICNA is part of) has confirmed a moon sighting report in Florida. Therefore, Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2002 is the 1st of Ramadan, 1423".
